In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with anything you receive from us, we're sorry to say that we are not able to offer full refunds for returns due to the custom nature of our products.
If there is something wrong with the construction of the dress, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it. We won't charge you for extra alterations for the measurements you provided but there may be additional postage costs.
We're also happy to customise designs, or work from a custom design.
If you have a particular fabric you want, please contact us - send a link if you have it. The same goes for anything similar like adding buttons/embellishments, adjusting sleeve style, etc. There may be additional charges depending on the request but we'll let you know when you contact us.
